保定市地价演变规律及趋势预测研究

Predicting on the Land Price Changing Rule and Trend of Baoding

对2005年至2015年保定市基准地价数据进行分析,构建函数趋势预测模型,同时对保定市未来5年(2016—2020)的地价指数、地价水平进行预测。研究表明,未来5年保定市地价水平呈现稳中有升的趋势。政府应采取诸如完善地价信息管理系统、健全建设用地储备制度、科学制定建设用地供应计划等管理对策。

Based on analyzing the data of base price of land from 2005 to 2015 in Baoding, a price trend prediction model is built,with which it studies the land price index and land price level of Baoding city in the next five years（2016 —2020）. It shows that the land price level would be steady rising. The government should take such measures as perfecting the land price information management system, improving the construction land reserve system, making the construction land supply plan and so on.
