摘要 为了降低接地网接触土壤的电阻率,保证接地网的安全运行,分别以石墨、碳纳米管、聚苯胺为导电填料,制备了单一填料的膨润土降阻剂,探讨了石墨、碳纳米管、聚苯胺添加量对膨润土降阻剂吸水率、电阻率的影响,确定了石墨、碳纳米管、聚苯胺的最佳添加量分别为10%,6%,9%,其电阻率分别为3.16,1.98,3.19Ω·m。通过SEM分析得出当碳纳米管添加量为6%时,膨润土降阻剂表面存在明显的褶皱和孔隙,表面粗糙的结构使其吸水率达到40.908 2g/g,电阻率达到1.98Ω·m,故碳纳米管是一种优良、环保的接地网降阻剂。 In order to reduce soil resistivity of the ground grids and guarantee the safe operation of the grid, single filler of bentonite resistance reducing agent was synthesized with graphite, carbon nanotubes and polyaniline as conductive filler, respectively. The influence of additive amount on water absorption and resistivity of bentonite resistance reducing agent was also investigated, and found that the optimum additive amount are 10%, 6% and 9% for graphite, carbon nanotubes and polyaniline, respectively, the corresponding resistance value are 3.16,1.98,3.19 Ω·m m. The SEM depict the distinct wrinkles, pores and rough surface structure on the surface of bentonite resistance reducing agent when the additive a- mount of carbon nanotubes is 6%, which immensely improve the water absorption (40. 908 2 g/g) and resistivity (1.98 Ω· m). It is a kind of excellent, environmental protection of the grounding grid resistance reducing agent.
