活性氧对卵巢癌上皮-间质转化作用研究进展 被引量:4

Progress of the role of reactive oxygen species in epithelial to mesenchymal transition of ovarian cancer

摘要 上皮-间质转化与上皮性卵巢肿瘤的侵袭和转移密切相关,氧化应激对疾病的发生、发展有重要影响。活性氧作为氧化应激过程中的重要产物,在卵巢癌细胞上皮-间质转化中通过对多种因子的调节参与卵巢癌细胞增殖分化、黏附和迁移等,在卵巢癌的诊断、治疗及预后中有重要作用。本文就活性氧对卵巢癌上皮-间质转化作用的研究进展作一综述。 Epithelial to mesenchymal transition is closely correlated with the invasion and metastasis of epithelial ovarian tumor.Oxidative stress plays an important role in the development and progression of the disease.Reactive oxygen species,as an important product of oxidative stress,participates in the proliferation,differentiation,adhesion and migration process of the ovarian cancer cell by regulating various factors in the process of epithelial to mesenchymal transition,and plays an important role in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of ovarian cancer.This paper reviews the research progress of the role of reactive oxygen species in epithelial to mesenchymal transition of ovarian cancer.
