提高自体颗粒脂肪移植成活率相关因素研究进展

Progress of the related factors for improving the survival rate of fat auto-transplantation

自体颗粒脂肪是一种良好的自体软组织填充物,具有来源充足、获取方便、无排异反应等优点,但移植的颗粒脂肪吸收率高、成活率低及移植后发生感染、坏死等将影响其临床应用和治疗效果。对提高自体脂肪移植成活率的研究,大量学者在移植的不同阶段进行了探索。本文就颗粒脂肪在获取、处理、移植方式等方面对促进脂肪移植成活率相关因素的研究进展作一综述。

As a good autologous soft tissue filler,fat auto-transplantation has the advantages of adequate sources,easy access and no rejection,but the high absorption rate,low survival rate,and the infection and necrosis of the transplanted particles affect the clinical application and therapeutic effect.Many scholars have been making efforts on the research of transplantation in different stages in order to improve the survival rate of fat auto-transplantation.This paper reviews the research progress of the acquirement,processing and transplantation of granular fat for improving the survival rate of fat auto-transplantation.
