农科院校创业指导服务体系的构建路径探讨

Construction Path of Entrepreneurial Guidance Service System of Agricultural Colleges

完善的创业指导服务体系,可使创业教育达到事半功倍的效果。文中基于对山西某高校农科大学生的调查,指出在农科院校创业指导服务体系建设中存在师资队伍专业化不够、专项资金利用率不高、实践基地功能性较弱、技术帮扶持续性较差、政策宣传深入性不强等突出问题,提出提高师资队伍质量、用活创业专项基金、加强创业基地建设、提供创业持续支持、加大政策宣传力度等对策建议,以营造优良的创业氛围,增强大学生的创业意愿,提高大学生的创业实践技能,以创业带动就业。

Relatively perfect entrepreneurial guidance service system could make the entrepreneurship education achieve twice the result with half the effort.Based on the investigation of an agricultural college in Shanxi,this paper pointed out the problems existing in the construction of entrepreneurial guidance service system in agricultural colleges,such as insufficient professionalization level of teaching staff,low special funds utilization,weak functionality of practice base,poor technical support sustainabiUty and low propaganda of relevant pohcy,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions,like improving teacher quality,increasing the utilization of venture fund,strengthening the construction of entrepreneurial base,providing continued support and strengthening policy propaganda,so as to create a good entrepreneurial atmosphere,strengthen the entrepreneurial intention of college students,improve college students＇ entrepreneurial practice skills and encourage entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities.
