摘要
养殖安全问题是当前制约水产养殖持续健康发展的重要因素之一。为了预防和控制黄颡养殖环节的安全问题,在黄颡池塘养殖过程中引进和运行HACCP体系,确定了池塘养殖过程的5个关键控制点(CCP),分别是池塘的选择(CCP1)、水源和水质(CCP2)、鱼苗的供给(CCP3)、饲料供应(CCP4)、疾病防治(CCP5)。研究表明,通过对危害关键控制点的控制,有助于提升黄颡的品质,使黄颡达到无公害水产品的标准,提高经济效益。本研究可为黄颡及其他淡水鱼无公害生产提供参考。
Aquaculture safety is one of the important factors that restrict the sustainable and healthy development of aquaculture. The principles of HACCP are applied in the process of pond aquaculture of yellow catfish( Pelteobagrus fulvidraco) to prevent and control safety issues in the breeding,and five critical control points( CCPS) were identified: selection of aquaculture site( CCP1); water sources and water quality( CCP2); fingerlings supply( CCP3);feed supply( CCP4); disease prevention( CCP5). Research showed that controlling critical control points was conductive to enhancing the quality and safety of yellow catfish,so that yellow catfish meet the criteria for pollution- free aquatic products and its economic benefits were boosted. The results can offer a useful reference for production of yellow catifish and other pollution- free freshwater fishes.
