The responsibilities of agriculture-related enterprises in the process of training the new-type professional farmers

涉农企业与职业教育是利益相关者,具有参与新型职业农民培育的社会责任和法律义务。但是,我国涉农企业在参与新型职业农民培育中存在着诸多问题,因此,必须强化涉农企业责任意识,确立其在新型职业农民培育中的主体地位;建立涉农企业参与新型职业农民培育的社会支持体系;创新校企合作培育新型职业农民模式,增强涉农企业参与度;建立利益机制,激发涉农企业参与新型职业农民培育的内生动力等。

Agriculture-related enterprises and vocational education have the social responsibilities and legal obligation in training the new-type professional farmers as they benefit a lot from them.However,there are many problems in the process of training.Therefore,we must strengthen the agriculture-related enterprises＇ awareness of responsibilities and set its core role in the training.In addition,we should establish the system of social support,innovate the training mode,enhance the degree of agriculture-related enterprises＇ participation.Furthermore,the mechanism of benefit should be established to stimulate agriculturerelated enterprises to participate in the training.
