摘要
通过对在无锡超市购物的消费者以随机抽样方式进行问卷调查,发现食品碳标签使用态度受到消费者个人特征、产品属性、消费情境、碳标签认知、环保知识等因素影响,为使消费者能够日常生活中实际应用碳标签,建议政府制定适当的法规,加强碳标签宣传教育,以推动碳标签制度在国内的建立与完善。
This article investigates the consumers shopping in supermarkets in Wuxi through random sampling.The investigation shows that the consumers' attitude of using carbon labels on food is influenced by their personal characteristics,product attributes,consumption situation,the cognition of carbon labels and knowledge about environmental protection etc.In order to let consumers use carbon labels in daily life,the government should formulate appropriate laws and regulations and strengthen the relevant publicity and education of using carbon label to promote the establishment and perfection of carbon label system in China.
