大学生处于青年期,在这一阶段的青年人正处在人格塑造与价值观树立的重要时期。个性特征强、心理性格较为明显成为大学生心理问题多发的内在因素。与此同时,竞争激烈、生活压力以及网络的不良价值观引导则成为青年大学生心理问题多发的外在因素。随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高和对于大学生心理健康的不断重视,教育部门和教育者对大学生心理健康教育投入了更多的精力,然而,这些必要的心理干预只是外部因素,自我疏导应该而且已经成为大学生心理健康发展的重要路径。

College students are in adolescence,which is an important period for building their personality and values.Strong characteristics are the important internal elements causing their psychological problems.At the same time,intense competition,life pressure and harmful information on internet have been the external elements.With the rapid development of China＇s economy,departments of education are paying more attention to the psychological health of college students.However,these are only some necessary external elements,self-relief should be the key path for college students＇ psychological health.
