目的:探讨医学院校高值耗材规范化管理的有效措施。方法:根据高值耗材的管理现状,对管理中的供应商遴选、市场机制价格、合同审核与验收,以及科研人员、供应商和管理人员三方共赢等关键环节展开讨论,并分析其相关因素。结果:通过强化预算审核、严格供应商评价以及深入精细化管理,能够有效提升高值耗材的管理效益。结论:医学院校高值耗材的规范管理对于高校科研事业的健康发展、构建科学的高值耗材管理模式具有非常重要的意义。

Objective：To explore the effective measures for standardized management of high-value consumables in medical colleges.Methods： According to the management status of high-value consumables, the key points of management were discussed, and the related factors were analyzed. The key points of management included the selection of suppliers, the market price mechanism, audits and acceptance of the contract, and tripartite benefits among scientific researcher, suppliers and managers.Results： The management efficiency of high-value consumables can be effectively improved by the reinforcement of budget audit, strict evaluation for suppliers and further lean management.Conclusion： It is a very important significance to develop the scientific research in universities and construct the management mode of high-value consumables.
