高职院校创业教育与专业教育融合研究——以日语专业为例

A Study on the Integration of Entrepreneurship Education and and Specialized Education in Higher Vocational Colleges——Take the Specialty of Japanese Language as an Example

伴随着全球一体化的加速,外语专业毕业生所从事的翻译类工作,逐渐与各行业产生更多元的专业融合,这对外语专业的人才也产生了更为多元的行业需求。传统的日语人才已经无法满足企业对于人才能力多元化的需求,日语人才的培养模式也面临转型和创新。培养具有创新意识、跨专业的结合、掌握移动互联网的思维与技能,为企业提供可持续创新驱动的创新型、复合型、综合型日语专业人才,已经成为高校日语专业人才培养的新目标。

With the rapid pace of globalization,works related with translation for the graduates of foreign languages come to integrate with all trades and professions in a variety of ways,which inspires higher professional requirements for the foreign language students. The traditional Japanese graduates cannot meet the enterprises need for talents with a variety of abilities. The talents cultivating mode confronts transformation and innovation. Therefore,it has become a new goal for the Japanese Language teaching in colleges to foster talents with innovative awareness,and ability to apply internet technology by cooperating with other specialties and to continuously provide enterprises with innovative,inter- disciplinary and integrated talents.
