摘要
本文阐述五年制学前教育专业人才培养路径,首先分析了五年制学前教育人才培养的不足,然后从培养目标的定位、构建合理的课程体系、重视教学的实践比重、培养双师型教师群体、构建科学的考核评价机制等方面给出了对策。
This paper discusses professional talents training path in five years pre- school education. Firstly,it analyzes the five years of preschool education,and gives the countermeasures from the training goal orientation,construct reasonable curriculum system,pay attention to the proportion of practice teaching,training double qualified teachers,constructing the evaluation system of scientific etc.
