The Innovative Orientation of the Minority Students Affairs in Non-minority Colleges and Universities under the Modern University System

本文基于高等教育快速发展的背景和现代大学制度建构的视阈,以非民族院校的少数民族学生群体为研究对象,以国家民族政策和高等教育规律为依据,探讨多民族大学生教育管理工作中存在的突出问题和创造性地促进各民族学生交往交流交融的努力方向和工作对策,为日渐突显的非民族院校少数民族学生教育管理工作提供政策建议和理论借鉴。

Based on the background of the rapid development of higher education,the perspective of modern university construction system,the national policy and the law of higher education,taking minority students in non- minority colleges and universities as sample. This study explores the outstanding problems existing in non- minority college students＇ educational management work,aiming to find out the innovative orientation to creatively promote the communication,exchange and convergence of non- minority college students and seek out the corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide policy suggestions and theoretical reference for the increasingly highlighting education management of minority nationality students in non- minority colleges and universities.
