闽台高职院校学生社团干部领导力研究

Research on the Leadership of Community Cadres in Higher Vocational Colleges in Fujian and Taiwan

本研究采用问卷调查的形式,以闽台高职院校学生社团干部为研究对象,对高职院校学生社团干部进行领导力因素分析。研究发现,闽台高职院校学生社团干部在领导力各层面上存在一定的差异,仍存在着一定的不足,特别是在社团特色发展及创新能力上。为此,闽台高职院校学生社团干部在完善个人素养的同时,应加强对自身策划与执行能力的培养,同时力求以创新为中心,发扬所在社团特色,以更好地促进所在社团的健康发展。

This paper adopts the pattern of questionnaire survey. It aims to study the leadership of college community cadres in Fujian and Taiwan. We found that there were several differences with the different levels of the leadership. And we also found some levels are poor,especially on the characteristics of community development and the innovation ability. So the community cadres and the tutors should strengthen their own planning and execution ability to promote the development of the community.
