新形势下国有企业青年职工思想政治工作探析

Analysis of the Ideological and Political Work of the Young Workers of State-owned Enterprises under the New Situation

随着新一轮的国企改革试点工作的展开,国企改革正向纵深发展,这也会给国有企业职工尤其是青年职工带来各种新的挑战。本文主要分析了新形势下国有企业青年职工思想的多元化特征,阐释了加强国有企业青年职工思想政治工作的重要意义,并在此基础上提出了做好国有企业青年职工思想政治工作的途径,从而为促进国有企业健康发展提供坚强的政治保障。

With the work of pilot reform state- owned enterprises a new round of expansion,the reform of state- owned enterprises is developing in depth. This will also give new challenges to workers in state- owned enterprises,especially the young workers. This paper mainly analyzes the state- owned enterprises diversified characteristics of young worker thought and illustrates the new situation to strengthen the state- owned enterprise youth worker and the significance of the ideological and political work. Based on this,advances the young worker completes the state- owned enterprise ideological and political work,in order to promote the healthy and harmonious development and provide a strong ideological and political security.
