T注射用黄芪多糖辅助治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效及对心肌酶的影响

Clinical efficacy of astragalus polysaccharides for injection in auxiliary treatment of children with acute viral myocarditis and the impact on myocardial enzymes

目的探讨注射用黄芪多糖辅助治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的临床疗效,并检测对其心肌酶的影响。方法选择嘉兴市第二医院儿科2013年1月-2016年1月急性VMC患儿158例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组各79例。对照组患儿进行常规治疗,治疗组患儿在常规治疗基础上给予注射用黄芪多糖治疗。评估治疗后临床疗效,记录患儿症状或体征、心电图恢及心肌酶恢复时间及住院时间。并检测患儿治疗前和治疗后血清心肌酶水平。结果治疗组患者临床疗效高于对照组,且治疗组患儿主要症状或体征、心电图和心肌酶恢复时间及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、磷酸肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪多糖针辅助治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎具有较好的临床疗效,能够显著缩短患儿的症状、体征及心肌酶改善时间,并显著降低患儿心肌酶的水平。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of astragalus polysaccharides for injection in auxiliary treatment of children with acute viral myocarditis （VMC）, detect its impact on myocardial enzymes. Methods A total of 158 acute VMC children were selected from Department of Pediatrics in the hospital from January 2013 to January 2016, then they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, ＇79 children in each group. The children in control group were treated by conventional therapy, while the children in treatment group were treated by astragalus polysaccharides for injection based on conventional therapy. The clinical effects after treatment were evaluated, symptoms or signs, recovery time of ECG and myocardial enzymes, hospitalization time were recorded. The levels of serum myocardial enzymes before and after treatment were detected. Results The clinical efficacy in treatment group was better than that in control group. The main symptoms or signs, recovery time of ECG and myocardial enzymes, hospitalization time in treatment group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0. 05 ） . The levels of ereatine kinase （CK）, creatine kinase isoenzyme （CK-MB）, aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, and lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） after treatment in treatment group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion The clinical efficacy of astragalus polysaccharides for injection in auxiliary treatment of children with acute VMC is good, astragalus polysaccharides for injection can significantly shorten symptoms and signs, improvement time of myocardial enzymes and reduce the levels of myocardial enzymes.
