摘要
伴随中国经济进入新常态,企业的管理创新日益成为企业获取竞争优势、推动企业层面供给侧改革的重要手段。我国服务业中的主要经济组织形态——连锁企业集团在我国发展迅速,但对其总部管控门店的创新做法及其背后的管理理念等方面的研究还较少。本文以一家大型连锁企业集团为研究对象,通过深入调查访谈和归纳分析,研究发现:该连锁企业集团在扁平化组织结构、门店店长自治、中间层经理职能"异化"、多方参与的决策制定过程、模拟市场化的内部竞争机制、内部人力资源流动虚拟平台、店长非预算资金管理等方面进行了创新。基于这些管理创新做法,本文进一步分析其背后与传统管理理念相异的管理理念和管理哲学。本文在企业集团管控创新的理论与实践方面做出一定贡献。
Since the economy pacing into the China's New Normal, management innovation in enterprises becomes an important force in the supply-side reform under the enterprise level. A large amount of chained companies in service industry have emerged and grown rapidly in China. However, little attention has focused on management innovation and management mindsets in chained companies. This paper takes a chained company in China as a single case study example and uses quality analysis with a depth interview approach. It has found that this company's management innovation practices including flat organization structure, unit manager's autonomy, middle manager's new role, decision-making process, simulated market in internal competition, simulated platform of the flowing of HR and the unit manager's non-budgeted funds management. Based on these practices, this paper proposes the new management mindsets and philosophy. The contribution in theory and practice of chained company are provided.
