摘要
虚拟研发团队是一种建立在网络协作环境下的新型研发组织,在其运行期间中会由于各种原因导致个别成员离开团队,从而影响团队整体研发工作。本研究首先描述了一类常见类型的虚拟研发团队——"单核"型虚拟研发团队运行期间成员补充选择的过程,接着设立相应的决策评价指标体系,利用优序图法确定各个决策指标的权重,然后应用多指标评判问题的正负靶心贴近法建立决策评价模型,按照与靶心的综合贴近度大小对可供选择的合作伙伴进行优劣排序,最后以实例将该方法应用在某"单核"型虚拟研发团队运行期间成员补充选择过程当中验证其效果,有效实现对虚拟研发团队的研发行为进行有效地预测和控制。
As a new kind of research and development organization, Virtual RD team must operate under the network collaborative environment. Due to various reasons, individual members depart from team in the process of the operation. This paper firstly describes the procedure of supplement or replace the member in the "Single-Core"Virtual RD Team. Then it designs the corresponding evaluation index system and uses the precedence graph method to determine the weight of each evaluation index. According to the decision-making model of target approaching with both positive clout and negative clout, here gets a way to replace members among candidates.At last an example has been illustrated and get better results.So the achievements of the paper can effectively apply in predicting and controlling of Virtual RD team development.
