摘要
企业高层管理人员是企业核心的人力资源,对企业未来的发展起着至关重要的作用。优秀的高管团队给企业带来的价值是有目共睹的,但是,针对如何使高管团队的能力与时俱进这个议题,学术界的研究却比较少。本文分析了传统高管培训存在的缺陷,通过对同方股份高管培训工作的调研,强调战略分析与能力分析在高管培训中发挥的作用,并提出基于战略的高管培训开发模型,最后在经验总结的基础上,提出未来高管培训开发的展望,为国内相关研究提供借鉴。
Top executives are ?rms' vital human resources and play important roles in enhancing ?rm performance. Although their importance has been widely documented, how to improve their ability has attracted very little attentions to academics and practitioners. This study first analyzes the shortcomings of traditional executive training programs. Then it analyzes the case of MA executive training program in Tongfang University and suggests that strategic analysis skills and capability analysis skills are very crucial for successful executive training programs. This study also develops a strategic development executive training program model. Overall, the ?ndings of this study provide important practical implications of improving the ef?ciency and quality of executive training program.
