辽宁省典型河湖(库)健康评价研究

Research on Typical River and Lake(Reservoir)Health Evaluation in Liaoning Province

以浑太流域为重点,选取了"5河、4库、1湖"作为评价范围,结合辽宁省河湖(库)现状与特点,对水利部全国重要河湖健康评估指标进行优化,构建了辽宁省典型河湖(库)健康评价指标体系,以水文水资源、水质、物理结构、水生物及社会服务功能调查监测数据为基础,依据评价方法与标准,开展了辽宁省典型河湖(库)健康评价。结果显示:社河为健康,浑河、太子河、海城河、牤牛河均为亚健康;大伙房水库、棋盘山水库均为健康,葠窝水库、石佛寺水库为亚健康;卧龙湖为亚健康。根据健康评价结果,分析了河湖(库)健康存在的主要问题,提出了相应的保护对策与建议,并对评价中建立的指标体系、采用的方法与标准进行了技术问题讨论与展望。

Based on Huntai River Basin as the key point,the＂five rivers,four reservoirs,one lake＂are selected as the evaluation scope,with the present situation and characteristics of river and lake（reservoir）,the assessment index is optimized,the typical river and lake（reservoir）health evaluation index system is constructed,and social service function is the basis of the investigation and monitoring data,based on the evaluation method and standard.The typical river and Lake（reservoir）health evaluation are carried out.The result show that Shehe River is health,Hunhe River,Taizihe River,Haichenghe River and Mangniuhe River are in a state of sub-health.Dahuofang Reservoir and Qipanshan Reservoir are in good health.Shenwo Reservoir and Shifosi Reservoir are in a state of sub-health.Wolonghu Lake is in a state of sub-health.According to the evaluation results of health,this paper analyzes the main problems of river and lake（reservoir）health,and proposes the corresponding protection countermeasures and suggestions,and the evaluation index system is established.Methods and standards are the technical problems and the prospect is discussed.
