南方行政区域农业灌溉用水总量测算技术方案探讨

Research on the Technical Scheme of Administrative Region's Agricultural Irrigation Water Quantity Measurement in Southern China

农业灌溉用水总量测算是落实国务院确定的最严格水资源管理制度的重要内容。我国南方地区受地形、降雨等自然条件影响,灌区水源情况较为复杂,农业灌溉用水总量测算较为困难,针对南方灌区特点,提出了一套点面结合、测算结合的行政区域农业灌溉用水总量测算的技术方案,具有一定的可操作性,供实际工作参考借鉴。

The agricultural irrigation water quantity measurement is an important content of the Strictest Water Resources Management System determined by the State Council.Affected by terrain,rainfall and other natural conditions,the water sources status of irrigation district in South China is relatively complex,which makes measurement of agricultural irrigation water quantity relatively difficult.In this paper,one technical scheme of administrative region＇s agricultural irrigation water quantity measurement based on south administrative region characteristics is put forward.This scheme with point and surface method,and combination monitoring with calculation method,have certain operability and can provide the reference for the practical work.
