摘要
为了研究机组导叶关闭规律对抽水蓄能电站过渡过程的影响,现以国内某抽水蓄能电站为例,对比分析了延时直线关闭规律较传统的直线关闭和折线关闭规律的优点,并对延时时间Tm和总有效时间Ts进行了大波动过渡过程分析。研究表明:延时直线关闭规律在降低蜗壳压力上升方面效果更加显著,并且该方法只有两个控制因素,易于优化处理。最后为该抽水蓄能电站提出了较优的导叶关闭方案。
The aim of this paper is to study the effect of closing law of guide vane on the transition process of the pumped storage power station.Comparative analysis about the superiority is made between closing law of guide vane,which are the time-delay closing law and the traditional ones.For the traditional one,the valve is usually closed in a straight line or two-segment line.With the consideration of different values for the delay time Tmand the total time Ts,effect on transition process is also analyzed.The results show that the time-delay closing law has better effect in reducing the scroll case pressure increase and unit rotation speed rise,which will provide protection for the safe operation of hydropower stations.It is also shown that there are only two controlling factors in the optimization for this law.Finally,the optimum guide vane closing program is advised for the power plants.
