空军某部1980-2001年卫生突发事件流行病学分析

An Epidemiological Analysis of the Hygiene Emergencies in a Certain Air force from 1980 to 2001

目的 了解卫生突发事件在军队中发生发展规律 ,以便指导今后的防治工作。方法 采用描述流行病学的方法对1980 -2 0 0 1年某部发生的卫生突发事件资料进行统计分析。结果 2 2年间共发生卫生突发事件 40次 ,累计受害 13 47人 ,死亡 3人 ,共涉及 2 5个团以上单位。肠道传染病和食物中毒发生的次数和受害的人数分别占总次数的 3 5 0 %和 3 0 % ,占受害总人数的 5 0 5 %和 3 4 2 %。每年的 7月份是卫生突发事件的高发季节。结论 目前在空军部队中发生多、危害大的卫生突发事件是肠道传染病和食物中毒的暴发和流行。 90年代以来疾病谱发生了变化 。

Objective To find the rules of incidence and development of hygiene emergencies amorg the army,so as to guide the prevention and control in the future Methods The epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of the hygiene emergencies happened in the army from 1980 to 2001 Results There was totally 40 pieces of hygiene emergencies happened in this troop during the 22 years,1347 persons injured and 3 persons died,about 25 corps or above were involved The proportions of intestinal infectious disease and food-poisoning disease are 35 0% and 30% each The proportions of persons injured are 50 5% and 34 2% each The most frequent season is July Conclusions At present,the most frequent and serious hygiene emergencies are intestinal infectious disease and food-poisoning outbreak and epidemic Since 1990s,the types of disease have changed,some rare diseases,even some diseases that never happened before appeared in the army
