摘要
为加大医保支付对病人就医流向的约束作用,缓解日趋增长的医保基金支出压力,提高医保基金使用效益和医疗资源的利用效率,文章以安徽省的数据为例,从现实情况出发,提出一种新的对患者按病种定额报销方式,并详细阐述了对患者实行按病种定额报销的含义、实施流程、实施建议等内容,以期为相关部门调整医保报销政策提供思路。
To strengthen the restriction effect of medical insurance payment on patients＇ visiting flow, alleviate the pressure ofthe increasing medical insurance fund expenditure and increase the utilization effect of medical insurance fund and utilization efficien-cy of medical resources, it put forward a new patients＇ quota reimbursement scheme by diseases based on the data of Anhui. It elab-orated the concept, implementation process and implementation suggestions of patients＇ quota reimbursement scheme by diseases, soas to provide thoughts for related departments adjusting medical insurance reimbursement policies.
