武陵山连片特困地区健康人力资本投资存量测算分析

Analysis on the Estimation of Health Human Capital Investment Stock in Contiguous Destitute Regions of Wuling Mountain

目的:实施健康投资发展战略,缩小与发达地区的差距并促进区域经济增长。方法:采用定性与定量相结合的方法,选取平均预期寿命、医疗保健、卫生服务水平三个指标,计算出武陵山片区所跨四省市的加权平均值,权数为各省市人口占武陵山片区所跨四省市总人口的比重。结果:从数据的整理和计算结果发现,武陵山连片特困地区与全国及发达地区广东比较,差距较大。结论:给出提升武陵山连片特困地区健康人力资本投资质量的路径,可以推进区域经济的发展和增长,成为实现"中国梦"的必要支撑。

Objective：To implement health investment strategy, narrow the gap with the developed areas and promote regionaleconomic growth.Methods：The combined qualitative and quantitative methods was applied to select the indicators of average life ex-pectancy,health care and health services,calculate the weighted average of 4 provinces and cities covered by Wuling Mountain Ar-ea. The weights for the provinces population accounted Wuling Mountain Area spanned 4 provinces the proportion of the total popula-tion.Results：From the results of data collation and found,Wuling Mountain Area and the national contiguous destitute and devel-oped areas of Guangdong had large gap.Conclusion：The path for promoting the quality of health human capital investment in contig-uous destitute regions of Wulingshan was given to promote the growth and increase of regional economics,which became the neces-sary support for achieving＂China Dream＂.
