优质丰产白肋烟品种达白1号的选育与应用

Breeding and Application of Dabai 1,a New Burley Tobacco Variety with Good Quality and High Yield

为选育优质丰产的白肋烟适宜品种应用于生产,四川省达州市烟草公司烟草科研所以MSKy14为母本、达所26为父本育成白肋烟F1代杂交种达白1号,并于2004年通过全国烟草品种审定委员会审定。达白1号打顶株高121.6cm,有效叶22片,大田生育期92d;高抗TMV,中抗CMV和根结线虫病,抗黑胫病,高感赤星病;产量、产值高;烟叶外观质量一般,物理特性较好,化学成分含量基本适宜,感官质量中偏上,工业可用性较强,烟碱转化率低。适宜中低海拔烟区种植,2004—2013年四川省白肋烟烟区累计推广种植35 200hm2,社会经济效益显著。

Dabai 1,a burley tobacco variety,bred from the combination of MSKy14（♀）× Dasuo 26（♂）by Tobacco Research Institute,Dazhou Tobacco Company,was approved by National Tobacco Variety Approval Committee in 2004.Dabai 1 with the characteristics of 121.6cm topped height,22 effective leaves,92 dgrowth period after transplanting,high resistance to TMV,moderate resistance to CMV and root knot nematode disease,resistance to black shank,high susceptible to brown spot,high yield,high output value,common tobacco appearance quality,good physical property,appropriate chemical composition content,above moderate sensory quality,higher usability in industry and lower nicotine conversion ratio can be suitably cultivated in tobacco-planting areas with middle and low altitude.Total extension area of Dabai 1reaches 35 200hm2 in burley tobacco-planting areas of Sichuan Province during 2004～2013and the remarkable social and economic benefits from planting Dabai 1are acquired.
