围封保护措施下宁夏中宁县野生枸杞的多样性变化

Wild Wolfberry Diversity Changes under Enclosed Protection in Zhongning County of Ningxia

为更好地开发和利用野生枸杞资源,采用生态学方法,对围封保护下宁县保护区内野生枸杞的恢复效果及多样性变化进行6年的固定样方监测。结果表明:宁夏中宁县保护区内的植被和野生枸杞均得到较好的恢复,在不同年份中,宁夏枸杞、黑果枸杞和枸杞等均得到了一定的恢复,从生态优势度和Margalef指数看,宁夏枸杞在2013年分别高出基值0.064和0.866,黑果枸杞在2014年分别高出基值0.162和1.193;黑果枸杞的Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson指数、Pielou指数和Sheldon指数均在2014年分别高出基值0.082、0.068、0.023和0.079。在围封保护措施下,黑果枸杞在保护区内呈明显的恢复趋势。但仍存在春旱和人为破坏的潜在威胁。

In order to better develop and utilize wild wolfberry resources,ecological method was employed to conduct the six-year fixed sample supervision on recovery effects and diversity changes under enclosed protection in Zhongning County of Ningxia.Results：The vegetation in protected areas and wild wolfberry well recovered,Lycium barbarum,L.chinensis and L.ruthenicumrecovered in certain degrees.From view point of ecological dominance and Margalef index,L.barbarumin 2013 were higher than the base value of 0.064 and 0.866.L.ruthenicumin 2014 were higher than the base value of 0.162 and 1.193;Shannon-Wiener index,Simpson index,Pielou index and Sheldon index of L.ruthenicumin 2014 were higher than the base value respectively by 0.082,0.068,0.023 and 0.079.In enclosed protection measures,L.ruthenicumtook on apparent recovery in protected areas.At the same time,potential threat of drought and man-made destruction still existed.
