摘要
为探明哒螨灵在土壤环境中的安全性,并为其合理使用提供科学依据,通过室内模拟降解哒螨灵试验,采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)检测土壤中哒螨灵含量,研究土壤含水率、有机质、土壤灭菌与否及土壤类型等环境因子对哒螨灵残留降解的影响。结果表明:哒螨灵在土壤中的添加回收率为91.34%~102.87%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.60%~8.63%;在土壤含水率高、有机质含量高、未灭菌土壤及黑壤条件下,哒螨灵在土壤中的降解速率快。
The influence of soil moisture content,soil organic matter content,sterilized soil and soil type on residue degradation of pyridaben in soil was studied by means of detecting the pyridaben content in soil by UPLC based on an indoor simulation test to discuss the safety of pyridaben in soil environment and provide the scientific basis for rational application of pyridaben.Results:The added recovery and RSDof pyridaben in soil are 91.34% ~102.87% and 0.60% ~8.63% respectively.The degradation rate of pyridaben in soil is faster under the conditions of high soil moisture content,high organic matter content,non-sterilized soil and dark soil.
