摘要
为快速、简便地检测到肉制品中的磺胺类药物残留,采用化学发光微粒子免疫法对鸡肉、鱼肉、虾肉中的磺胺类药物残留进行检测,并与仪器法测量结果进行比较。结果表明:化学发光微粒子免疫法的灵敏度为1μg/kg,3类样品的最低检测限均为0.864μg/kg。磺胺类药物的添加回收率在94.33%~104.28%,RSD在1.2%~6.5%;检测结果与仪器法一致,且具有成本低、检测快、检测批量大等优点,适用于肉制品中磺胺类药物的残留检测。
The sulfonamides residues in chicken,fish flesh and shrimp were detected by CMIA and HPLC-MS/MS respectively to rapidly and easily detect sulfonamides in meat products and guarantee consumers’ personal rights.Results:The sensitivity of CMIA is 1μg/kg and the lowest detectable limit of chicken,fish flesh and shrimp all is 0.864μg/kg.The addition recovery of SA is 94.33%~104.28% and RSDis 1.2%~6.5%,which is consistent with that of HPLC-MS/MS.CMIA with the advantages of low cost,rapid detection,large batch popularization potential can be suitably used in SA residue detection in meat products.
