摘要 在碱性条件下,以β-环糊精、对甲苯磺酰氯为原料,制备了6位碳伯羟基单对甲苯磺酰β-环糊精酯(6-OTs-β-CD)。在氮气保护下,将此中间体与1,3-二甲氨基苯反应合成1,3-二甲氨基苯桥联β-环糊精。并用对产物进行了表征。考察了不同p H值、温度、时间以及苯酚初始浓度等单因素条件对此环糊精衍生物吸附苯酚性能的影响。结果表明:在p H值=7条件下,苯酚初始浓度为50 mg/L时,振荡90 min,吸附量能达到6.675 mg/g。 Under alkaline conditions,6- deoxy- tosyl- β- cyclodextrin was prepared by the reaction of β- CD with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride as the raw material. Under nitrogen use this intermediate with 1,3-( aminomethyl)- benzylamine synthesis 1,3-( aminomethyl)- benzylamine- bridged bis( 6- amino- 6- deoxy- β- CD). The compound has been characterized. The influence of adsorption conditions including adsorption time,p H,adsorption temperature and initial concentration of phenol on adsorption capabilitywere investigated. The adsorption isotherm can be correlated to both Langmuir and Freundlich models. The maximum adsorption capacity was measured to be 6. 675 mg / g under the initial concentration of 50 mg / L,p H = 7,adsorption 90 min at 298 K.
