摘要 从武汉市黄家湖湖泊水中分离筛选得到能够降低COD、TN的硝化细菌和反硝化细菌,分别测定其生长曲线,并选择最适时间进行扩大培养。所得菌种制备得相应的菌粉,向模拟污水环境适量投加,分别考察单一菌剂与复合菌剂的效果。结果表明,复合菌剂对COD和TN的去除率分别达到了72.30%和57.09%,较单一菌剂的去除率高,表明该复合菌剂在改善水体富营养化方面具有一定的应用前景。 The nitrobacteria and denitrbacteria were isolated from the Huangjia lake in Wuhan city,which could decrease the COD and TN. The growth curve of these two strains were determined,to choose the optimal time to expand cultivation.The amplification Cultured bacteria were made into power,which were added to the sewage. Results showed that COD and TN removal efficiencies of the complex microbial community came up to 72. 30% and 57. 09% respectively,which achieved higher removal efficiency than the single bacteria agent. It showed certain application of the complex microbial community in improving the eutrophication of water body.
