抗氧化剂168印迹聚合物的制备及吸附性能研究

摘要 以抗氧剂168为模板分子,以N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺为功能单体,以乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备出了对抗氧剂168具有高度选择性的分子印迹聚合物(MIP),优化了分子印迹聚合物的合成条件,确定了模板分子、配体的最佳物质的量比为1:10并对其进行了表征。结果表明:所制备的聚合物对抗氧化剂168的最大吸附容量为97.6mg·g-1,对抗氧化剂168具有良好的选择吸附能力。 Using antioxidants 168 as template molecule,N,N- Dimethylacrylamide( MAA) as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate( EDMA) as cross- linker,molecularly imprinted polymer( MIP) with high selectivity to antioxidants 168. The synthesis conditions of MIP nanoparticles were optimized and the optimum molar ratio of template molecule to functional monomer was obtained as 1: 10 and The MIP were characterized. Moreover,the actual maximum apparent adsorption capacity of MIP obtained from the binding experiments was 97. 6 mg / g. The MIP for antioxidants 168 possessed highly selective adsorption capacity.
