摘要
目的:优选微波法提取白芷中香豆素类成分的最佳工艺,并由白芷提取物的紫外光谱研究其稳定性。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法,测定波长为300nm,采用单因素、正交试验的方法,优选微波提取白芷的最佳工艺。结果:乙醇浓度为40%,提取时间8min,料液比为1:50,提取温度为80℃。
Objective Use microwave assisted method to extract the best process of coumarins in Angelica dahurica,and study the stability of extracts from Angelica dahurica by UV spectra. Method Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry,the detection wavelength is 300 nm,using the single factor and orthogonal test method,optimizing the microwave extraction process of Radix Angelicae dahuricae. Result The best extraction process : extraction with 50- fold 40% aqueous ethanol,solution at 80℃ for 8 min.
