摘要
用φ25mm滤纸片作基底,石蜡封环,定量吸附100μL样品,制成受X射线照射φ20mm面积的滤纸片样,进行X射线荧光光谱分析,实现对原油中镍和钒金属元素含量的直接测定。方法比化学法更简单、快速,高效和低成本。
The method in this paper,using the filter of φ25mm as a base,which has aφ20mm wax ring area to hold the quantitative 100μLsample from crude oil. When the sample is dry,it is taken to the X- ray fluorescence analyzer,foe the direct determination of the content of metallic element nickel and vanadium in crude oil. This method is faster,simpler,more efficient and lower cost than chemical method.
