摘要
通过对温度形变即冷拱产生的原因进行分析,阐述了冷拱发生时管道截面的变形可分解为沿轴向的拉伸变形和截面的转角变形,导致部分支架临时脱空,使管道各支架的受力重新分配以达到整个系统新的平衡,以至于个别支架承受的重力偏大;通过对水击产生的原因进行分析,阐述了水击力过大会导致空穴产生,空穴水击超压往往要比正压水击要严重得多,瞬态压力可能远远高于管道设计压力,引起爆管,以及瞬间冲击管道,支架或管口,可导致管道偶然应力超标,管口和支架瞬时推力过大等严重后果。并结合山东LNG和广西LNG卸料系统管线的详细计算分析和对比,总结了LNG接收站卸料系统管线的布置和支架设置的注意事项。
The cold deformation of the arch section of the pipeline occurs,deformable into angle along the tensile deformation and the cross section of the axial,which make partial support temporary void,the pipeline of each support the stress redistribution in order to achieve the balance of the whole system,individual support that gravity is too large by analyzing the causes which produce cold arch on the temperature of deformation. Through the analysis on reasons of water hammer produced,the water hammer force lead hole generation. Overpressure tends to be more severe than the positive pressure water hammer blow hole water. Transient pressure may be much higher than the design pressure pipeline. The cause of tube,and impact pipe,bracket or orifice,may lead to the pipeline accident stress exceed the standard,nozzle and support large instantaneous thrust,stent failure and loss and other serious consequence. Detailed analysis and comparison combined with the Shandong LNG and Guangxi LNG unloading system pipeline,summarizes attentions in arrangement and the support receiving station unloading system pipeline set.
