摘要
甲醇水洗塔对于合成甲醇系统有很重要的作用。本文针对甲醇水洗塔出现的问题,研究了设计甲醇水洗塔的关键因素,提出了以栅栏堰为出口堰,以喷射因子和最小溢流强度为设计判据的优化设计方法。经过实践检验,此设计方法可以用于甲醇水洗塔的优化设计,提高甲醇水洗塔的操作性能。
Methanol water wash tray is important in synthetic methanol system. In view of problems,the article analyzes key factors of methanol water wash tray design,and proposes a new optimum design method: the type of outlet weir is picket-fence weir; Spray Factor and Minimum Weir Loading are design criterions. The practical examination shows that the method can help to direct optimum design of methanol water wash tray and improve operation performance of methanol water wash tray.
