摘要 组织中普遍存在的员工沉默会影响组织的健康发展,为此,从组织激励的视角探究了组织文化激励性对员工沉默行为及其动机的影响。利用SPSS进行的分层回归得出以下结论:(1)组织文化激励性对员工沉默行为的发生有负向影响;(2)组织文化激励性对员工的默许沉默和漠视沉默有显著的负向影响,但对防御沉默的影响却不显著。研究证实企业应该建立起以人为本的激励性文化,从而减少员工沉默行为及默许沉默和漠视沉默的发生。 Employee silence is common in the organization and does harm to organization's development. From the perspective of incentives,this study explores the influence of stimulation of organizational culture on employee silence and its motivations. With the help of SPPS for hierarchical regression analysis,192 employees as samples,the results show that:( 1) the stimulation of organizational culture has a negative effect on employee silence.( 2) The stimulation of organizational culture has significantly negative effect on disregard silence,and acquiescence silence,but not on defensive silence. Therefore,it is suggested that the enterprises should establish people-oriented incentive culture to reduce employee silence.
