摘要
基于扎根理论探索了企业战略活动执行路径,研究结果表明战略活动执行过程分为营造流程再造战略氛围、以能动致变演化机制为主探索和确立战略活动及其解决方式、以优化设计控制机制为主形成战略活动解决规则三个阶段,并且这三个阶段不是严格地按照线性顺序进行,而是根据任务不确定程度的不同,通过双机制之间的相互转化和匹配,使战略活动在第二和第三阶段的交替下螺旋推进。
This paper explores the execution path of strategic activity based on the grounded theory. The results show that strategic activity implementation process can be divided into three stages-the process creation and reconstruction of strategic atmosphere,the exploration and establishment of strategic activity and its solving way based on the evolutionary mechanism of change resulting from activism,and the formation of solving rules of strategic activity based on the optimization design control mechanism. The three stages change with the uncertainty of the tasks without strictly following the linear order,and promote the strategic activity substituting spirally in the second and third stages through the mutual transformation and matching of the dual-mechanism.
