摘要
目的了解北京市住院医师培训初期职业价值观与沟通能力现状。方法根据《全球医学教育最低基本要求》所列核心能力为基础制定调查问卷,对北京市7家培训基地、协同单位的450名带教教师进行问卷调查。对带教教师、住院医师进行非结构式访谈。结果职业价值观得分为(4.039±0.688),沟通能力得分为(3.909±0.693)。受访的带教教师对住院医师的职业价值观与沟通能力评价不高,医学人文教育受重视程度不够。结论我国医学人文教育教学内容陈旧、教学方法单一,导致住院医师职业价值观、沟通能力有待提高。通过丰富教学内容、改进教学方法,培养医学生正确的职业价值观和高水平的沟通能力。
Objective:To investigate the status of professional values and communication skill of residents in the initial training in Beijing. Method : A total of 450 clinical teachers from 7 training bases and collaborative units in Beijing were sampled, and investigated with the self - designed questionnaire refer to Global Minimum Essential Requirements in Medical Education. Unstructured interview was conducted among clinical teachers and residents. Results:The score of professional values was (4. 039 ±0. 688), and for communication skill was (3. 909 ±0. 693 ). The interviewed clinical teachers didn't evaluate highly on the residents' professional values and communication skills. Medical humanity education was disregarded. Conclusion : The content of medical humanity course in our country was obsolete and the teaching method is single, causing that the residents' professional values and communication skill need to be improved. Through enriching the teaching content and improving the method, it is necessary to cultivate the correct professional values and highlevel communication ability.
