摘要 目的医德是规范医疗行为的核心,高等医学教育的首要任务是培养医术与医德兼备的医学人才,本研究通过问卷调查,探讨医德教育的最佳策略。方法采用自制量表对山东大学医学院临床专业本科实习生进行问卷调查,共发放问卷307份,回收有效问卷302份。采用IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0软件对调查结果进行描述性统计分析。结果实习生认为现有医德教育内容、方式方法、开课时间、教学模式等内容均不完善。结论依据学生对医德教育模式、医德课程设置、师资队伍的评价,提出改善医德教育的有效对策,从完善医德课程体系,创新医德教育模式,合理分配医德师资教育队伍等方面进行改革,加强医学生医德素质教育。 Objective:Medical ethics is the core of standardizing medical behaviors, and the primary assignment of higher medical education is cultivating medical personnel who possess both medical skills and ethics. This study discussed the best education strategy of medical ethics education used questionnaire survey. Methods: Self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate the undergraduate clinical probationer students in medicine college of Shandong University School. Totally 307 questionnaires were distributed and there were 302 valid samples for this study. We used IBM SPSS Statistics software 19.0 to conduct the descriptive statistics analysis on the investiga- tion results. Results: Probationer Students considered current medical ethics education such as contents, ways and means, curricula time and teaching mode were imperfect. Conclusions: According to the interns' evaluation on mode, curriculum and teachers of medical ethics education, we came up with effective countermeasures to improve medical ethics education, which reformed from the following aspects: perfecting course system, innovating educational pattern and rationally allocating teacher staff, so as to strengthen medical students' ethics education.
