对不同社会距离视域下坏消息告知伦理问题的探讨

Discussion on the Ethical Issues of Telling Bad News in the View of Different Social Distance

从解释水平理论、心理距离、解释水平与心理距离的关系、社会距离四个方面出发,分析了解释水平理论社会距离视域下的现行知情同意履行模式,论述了保护性医疗的伦理问题,并针对此问题提出了解决办法:肯定患方参与的必要性;解决病人自主性与医患信任的关系;实现医疗决策的患者参与。

Beginning with the construal level theory, psychological distance, the relationship between construal level and psychological distance, and social distance, this paper analyzed the implementation mode of current informed consent from the perspective of social distance in the construal level theory. It discussed the ethical issues of protection medical treatment and put forward the relative solutions ： affirming the necessity of the participation of the patients; solving the relationship between patients＇ autonomy and doctor- patient trust; and implementing patients＇ participation in medical decision making.
