Research Progress of Risk Communication and its Application in Clinical Communication

介绍了风险沟通概念的研究进展,其内容范围及理论模型的发展对现代医学模式中临床沟通领域具有指导意义。在临床医疗事件中可适当运用风险沟通理论向患者正确传递风险信息,使其与医方建立信任并有效做出治疗方案的选择。医患沟通时增强风险沟通意识有利于医患关系和谐,适应新型医疗环境。

This paper introduced the research progress of risk communication, of which the content scope and the development of theoretic model have the guiding meaning for clinical communication work in modern medical model. In clinical practice, we could properly apply risk communication theory to inform the patients about risk issues, to make them establish trust with doctors and choose medical decisions effectively. Enhancement of the risk awareness in doctorpatient communication is beneficial to harmonious doctorpatient relationship and accommodation to new medical environment.
