上海市公立医院医务人员对生物样本库伦理规范的认知状况分析

Analysis on the Cognition of Medical Staffs on Biobank Ethics in Shanghai Public Hospitals

目的分析上海市医务人员对生物样本库伦理规范的认知状况。方法对上海市9所具有代表性的设有生物样本库的公立医院的401名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果医务人员对生命伦理学有基本认知,但对生物样本库相关具体伦理问题特别是知情同意的认知不足。结论卫生行政部门及医院应制定医院生物样本库伦理规范以指导生物样本库伦理管理工作,医院伦理委员会应加强医务人员生物样本库相关伦理培训。

Objective：To analyze the cognition status of medical staffs in Shanghai public hospitals on biobank ethics. Methods ： A questionnaire survey was conducted among 401 medical staffs in 9 representative hospitals with biobanks in Shanghai. Results： The medical staffs have basic knowledge of bioethics, but lack the cognition of specific ethical issues related to biobanks, especially the informed consent. Conclusion： Health administrative departments and hospitals should develop the biobank ethics to guide the hospital management, and the ethical com- mittee in the hospital should strengthen the training of biobank ethics.
