摘要
介绍了将品管圈的方法运用于提升医院志愿者服务规范率的实践经验,通过开展PDCA质量监控管理,不断完善志愿者管理路径,促进志愿者规范服务,提升就医体验,帮助患者更好康复。
This paper introduced the practical experience of application of quality control circle (QCC) to increase the specification rate of hospital volunteer service, by conducting PDCA quality control management, constantly improve the path of volunteer management, promote the standard volunteer service, improve medical experience and help patients recover better.
