煎药机煎煮对汤剂质量影响因素的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 目的:综述影响煎药机煎煮汤剂质量的各种因素,保证中药汤剂质量。方法:通过维普中文期刊数据库、万方数据库用中药煎药机、中药汤剂和影响因素作为关键词,查阅2001年至2014年的文献总共146篇文章,其中选择2008年至2014年期间有效文献25篇,回顾所查所有文献内容,主要是结合所选25篇文献内容,总结分析煎药机煎煮过程中对汤剂质量产生的影响不同因素。结果:根据以往文献内容综合分析发现,煎药机煎煮中药材过程中对中药汤剂质量的影响因素有药材浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数、煎药机冲洗消毒等。结论:只有掌握煎药机煎煮对中药汤剂质量的各种影响因素,从而采取有效措施控制这些影响因素,才能更好地保证煎药机煎煮的汤剂质量。 Objective: To review the various factors of Chinese medicine extracting machine on the quality of decoction, and to ensure the quality of Chinese herbal decoction. Methods: The VIP Chinese periodical database and Wanfang database was used, with the traditional Chinese medicine decocting machine, traditional Chinese medicine decoction and factors as key words, 146 articles during 2001 to 2014 were collected. Then the 25 effective articles during 2008 to 2014 were selected, to analyze the different factors on the quality of decoction. Results: According to the previous literature, the influence factors of Chinese medicine extracting ma- chine on the quality of Chinese herbal decoction include soak time, water amount, decoction time, decoction times, and decocting machine washing disinfection. Conclusions: Only familiar with the influence factors of Chinese medicine extracting machine on the quality of Chinese herbal decoction, we can take effective measures to control these factors, and then to ensure the quality of decoction with Chinese medicine extracting machine.
