智能化城市污水处理厂运行专家系统的研究

Intelligent Operation Expert System for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant

针对我国城镇污水处理厂提标改造和改善运行管理的迫切需求,研发了"智能化城市污水处理厂运行专家系统"。该专家系统具有污水处理厂运行管理故障查询和出水水质超标原因推理两大功能,包括了污水处理、污泥处理、沼气处理净化与处置利用、臭气处理、电气及自动化、理化分析和安全管理与职业健康七个方面的专业知识与经验。专家系统已在多个污水处理厂得到应用,并取得了良好的效果,可为污水处理厂落实《水污染防治行动计划》(水十条)的要求,使出水水质稳定达到一级A排放标准提供技术支撑。

Based on the requirements of process improvement and operation optimization to meet the new discharge standard of wastewater treatment plants, an ＂Intelligent Operation Expert System for Wastewater Treatment Plant＂ was developed. The expert system has two functions as finding out faults and judging the reasons for exceeding the standard, which includes huge knowledge and experience in wastewater treatment, sludge treatment, methane purification and application, odor treatment, electric and automation, physico-chemical analysis, security management and professional health. The expert system has been applied in several wastewater treatment plants and obtained good results, and it can pro- vide technical support for wastewater treatment plants to take measures to meet the requirements of the Water Pollution Control Action Plan and the first class A criteria specified in the national discharge standard.
