关阀程序对分支线重力流输水系统水锤升压的影响 被引量:12

摘要 依据重力流水锤升压的特点,指出末端关阀是引起重力流有压管线水锤升压的主要原因,同时也是影响系统安全运行的重要问题。由于近年来带分支线的重力流输水工程越来越多,结合工程实例,对带分支线的重力有压输水系统中两个末端阀门在不同关阀程序组合下系统水锤压力变化的特点和影响进行了研究,得出了带分支线的重力流输水系统关阀水锤升压更显著、危害更大的结论,建议实际工程必须采取可靠、有效的安全防护措施。 According to the characteristic of rise in pressure due to gravity water hammer, it was indicated that the end valve closure was the main reason which caused the rise in pressure due to water hammer in the gravity water transmission pipeline, and was also an important problem that would influ- ence the safety of system. In recent years, more and more pressured gravity water transmission pipeline projects with branches have been completed. Combined with an example, the characteristics and influ- ence of water hammer pressure variation under the two end valves closing in the system were studied. It was concluded that the rise in pressure due to water hammer during valve closure in gravity water trans- mission pipeline with branches was more prominent and more harmful. It was suggested that reliable and effective safety protection measures should be taken in practical projects.
