摘要
研究目的:以参与漂流旅游的游客为样本,对大型体育旅游景区所提供的运动服务质量进行评价并提出建议。研究方法:运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价得到研究结果。研究结果及结论:以贵州省杉木河漂流景区作为对象,评价维度划分为安全服务、培训服务、设施服务、差异化服务和环境氛围五个维度。漂流景区安全存在隐患;培训服务和差异化服务水平低下;漂流文化氛围不够浓厚。分析认为,应当在保证运动服务质量安全系数的基础上提升多样化服务的水平,同时把运动知识和专业化运动服务作为核心服务,紧密联系游客的运动消费心理,转变贵州省体育消费观念和升级体育旅游服务结构。
Research purposes:Based on rafting tourist, to evaluate the quality of service and to make some recommendations. Research Methods: Using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results obtained. Results and conclusions: Taking the Shanmu rafting area in Guizhou Province as an object, evaluation dimensions include security services, training services, facilities, services, and different services. The conclusion are that rafting area security risks exist, and training services and diversification levels are low, and drifting culture is not strong enough. Through analysis, the advice are that the quality of service should be enhanced to ensure the movement of the safety factor on the basis of the level of diversification of services, as well as the movement of knowledge and professional sports service as a core service, linking tourists consumer psychology movement closely, changing consumer attitudes and sport of Guizhou to upgrade Sports tourism service structure.
