摘要
针对有杆举升工艺在大斜度煤层气井排采中无法应用的问题,提出了无杆管式泵和射流泵无杆举升工艺技术,并在沁水煤层气田进行了应用;2种工艺均采取中心管的管柱结构,通过地面设备将水变成高压动力液,以高压水代替抽油杆作为驱动介质,实现排液。现场应用无杆管式泵排采8口井,射流泵排采2口井,最大下泵深度达到1 360.4 m,最大倾角达到90.88°,2种工艺井筒均加装气锚防止窜气影响,优化了地面排采设备,降低了故障率,杜绝了杆管偏磨问题。结果表明:2种无杆排采工艺平均排采时率达到95%以上,运行平稳,实现了煤层气水平井连续稳定排采。
According to the rod lift technology could not be applied to the drainage of high inclined coalbed methane well,a rodlless tubing pump and jet pump rodlless lifting technique were provided and were applied to Qinshui Coalbed Methane Field. The two technique both would have a pipe string structure of the central pipe.With the surface equipment,water would be changed to a high pressurized power liquid,the high pressure water would replace the oil sucking rod as the driving medium to realize the liquid drainage. The rodlless tubing pump was applied to drain eight wells and the jet pump was applied to drain two wells.The max pump depth was 1 360.4 m and a max well inclination was 90.88°.The two techniques both would equipment with the gas anchors to prevent gas breakthrough influences.The surface drainage equipment was optimized,the fault rate was reduced and the off-center wearing problems of the rod and pipe were eliminated.The results showed that the average drainage time efficiency of the two rodlless drainage techniques would be over 95%,the operation was stable and a continuous stable drainage of the coalbed methane well was realized.
