A Review on the Postgraduate Education of MLIS

文章对国内外MLIS教育的研究状况进行了分析总结,发现目前针对MLIS的研究在教育现状、培养模式、核心能力、课程设置及差异比较等方面均存在不足。改革和加强MLIS教育,应立足MLIS教育实际,以满足社会人才需求为导向,加大专业学位教育的研究力度,关注培养模式的各个具体环节,匹配核心能力与课程设置,完善课程体系与教学环节,注重不同培养单位与不同专业学位的差异比较。

The paper analyzes and summarizes the research status of postgraduate education of MLIS. The data show that the researches on the subject have deficiency in education present situation, training mode, core competencies, curriculum and comparison. In order to reform and strengthen the education of MLIS, we should follow the guidance of meeting the social needs of professionals based on the reality of MLiS, and make efforts from the following angles, such as balancing the research power on academic and professional degree, paying attention to the specific aspects of training modes, matching the core competence with curriculum, improving curriculum and teaching system and focuing on the comparative analysis of different training unit and different professional degree.
